- Mapping of the SCRUM process and presentation of the phases
- Comparison with "classical" methodologies and the benefits of Agility
- The roles :
- Product owner, SCRUM master and SCRUM team
- Understanding the mission of each role within the process
- Sprints :
- Organization and course of a sprint
- Schedule meetings and follow actions during each iteration
- Backlogs :
- Identify and define your needs
- Write stories and prioritize future developments
- Summary of actions to be implemented in advance to organize your project according to SCRUM
- Presentation of a simple project and implementation of SCRUM principles. At each stage, play a SCRUM role and organize your project to ensure its success.
- Pass the 30 questions test to check your knowledge
